At Threadtails, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive the best quality.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
Change of mind
Last-minute order cancellations
Personal preference after delivery
Incorrect size selected by the customer (Size exchange is available.)
Any reason unrelated to product quality or order accuracy
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Size Exchange
If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a size exchange, subject to stock availability.
To be eligible:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Original tags and packaging must be intact.
The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for following the exchange process provided by our support team.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item (wrong product, color, or size compared to your confirmed order), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Clear photos/videos of the product
A brief description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
