Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During new drops, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Timeline

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS
  • A tracking number
  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes across India.
  • An additional COD handling fee may apply at checkout.
  • Threadtails reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or high-risk orders.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Operational challenges beyond our control

In such cases, our team will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Unreachable recipient

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the package (if damaged)
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will work with the courier partner to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Currently, Threadtails ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
